Theme: INDONESIAN HIGHER EDUCATION IN ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY: Quo Vadis?

Background

In this symposium a new direction of HEET will be explored, as a proactive anticipation to current global situation (energy and food source crisis). The presentations and discussions in the symposium will give strong impact to the higher education in engineering and technology in developing the mode of education, adjusting the curriculum and the orientation of the subject contents, especially in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, and food technology.

This symposium is organized by Faculty of Industrial Technology UPH in cooperation with IEEE Indonesian section. IEEE as the main and reputable research organization gives significant contribution to the direction and development of the curriculum for electrical engineering higher education.
