Graduation batch 2008
Mathematics students batch 2008 have all graduated since June last month
Mathematics students batch 2008 are very unique. As we are all know, Mathematics at UPH has three major concentrations, which are Actuarial Mathematics, Computational Mathematics and Business Mathematics. Among these 18 students, 11 were interested in Computational, 1 was interested in Business Mathematics and 6 were interested in Actuarial Mathematics.
Students who took Computational and Business Mathematics have completed their degree in only three and half years, while the last six students just finished their thesis examination last June. Even though there there has not been an official statement, we all agree that all 2008 students have completed their degree and have graduated. The last six students will have a graduation ceremony next November.
Mathematics Department is very proud because once again our students are able to finish their studies in time. Even most of the students got the job in Industry long before the graduation ceremony.
Final word, we wish you all batch 2008 Mathematics Department students a good luck. We are always behind you.
